I make it in small batches using my Mum’s traditional family recipe
from my childhood in Helensburgh in the West of Scotland.
Ingredients: sugar, condensed milk, salted butter, whole milk.
Keeps well in a sealed container in a cool dry place for at least a fortnight
…. but I bet it’s all gone before then!
